Notifications from form-based app

Can an AgilePoint notification used in a form-based app be sent from a specific person/email address? I would like it to come from the individual that creates the record. Is this possible?

  Hello,

  While configuring the email template for the form which is used in adding records, you have to drag and drop RecordCreatedBy System Data to the email's From field and save. Whenever a record is created using a form-based app, an email notification will be sent from the email of the person who created the record.
