Add records in a data grid

I have to build an application where employee fills up a form with his/her details and also fills a table with skills information. The 'Skills' table has 2 columns 'Skill' and 'Rating'. 'Skill' column will have 3 values by default and it can't be changed. Employee can only edit the 'Rating' for each of the 3 values. Please let me know how can I add the values when the form loads.

  Hello Shivam,

  As an OOTB feature, AgilePoint NX provides the application developers an option to restrict the items by manually keying them by using a Dropdown list and selecting the Inline List type option.
