What field holds the current assigned user?

HI all.

 

I am trying to set a rule to display certain controls only when a specific user is the activity participant.    There is a data field for CurrentParticipant but that has a concatenation of all the users that have worked on the workflow.   I need a field that just has the currently assigned user name / ID and that can be made available to a rule on an eForm.

  I think you are looking for the Task Participant User Name variable. See below for a (more or less) complete list of the system variables, and what they do. Our Developers are adding new variables all the time, and sometimes the Documentation is a bit behind the UI on this topic, but your case should be covered:
