Showing name of the activity instead of the form name

When the task is assigned to the user, I would like to show the name of the activity instead of the form name. Is it possible or should I have to redesign the workflow?

  It is possible to show the activity name in the Work Center. In settings > Work Center settings > set Show activity name in task list to 'Yes'
