Hi Team,

Can I check if there is a way to perform a retrieval of key user account information such as status (enabled vs disabled) from the application level? 

Currently, there is a process activity called 'Get User Info'. However, under user properties, there isn't an option for user account status.

  Hello Jordan,

  Thank you for reaching out regarding this.

  Yes, AgilePoint provides APIs to retrieve registered user information at the application level.

  The Get User Info process activity provides user profile information, but the Enabled/Disabled account status is not exposed as one of the user properties in that activity.

  The AgilePoint REST API Get Registered User by Name (GetRegisterUser) can be used to retrieve the registered user's profile information.
