How to pass query parameters in REST API GET call?

I have a REST API Global Access Token defined using OAuth 2.0 for authentication.  It is testing successfully but I can't figure out how to pass the query string parameters to it on a REST Service activity.  Are there any examples of how to do this?

  It looks like the way to do it is to use the Advanced Configuration.  Then you can set up the Request URL using the parameters you need and still reference an OAuth 2.0 authentication Global Access Token.
