Error occurs when save and check in process

Hello Agilepoint helpdesk,

An error occurs when I save and check in process.

 

Check the library and find that process has two form libraries. And both have same display name and internal name. Both of them can be deleted.

 

Here is the log for this error

The process is not published yet, so I cannot revert it to previous version.

Is there any possible actions I can try for this error?

  Hello John,

   

  From the images, there seems to be duplicated 'Form Library' file created which shouldn't have been. Can you share information on the steps which resulted this situation?

  Try to create another application to verify if the observation recurs.
