Mobile View Not Working?

I am working on a new application that will be done in the field on an iPad tablet about 50% of the time.  The PC layout of the form doesn't work too well on a tablet so I went through the process of re-arranging the fields in the tablet landscape layout view and got it looking pretty good.  I published the app and then went to test it on an iPad and the changes did not take.  It was still showing the PC layout view.

I have double-checked my Tenet settings and Mobile eForms are enabled.

Is there anything else I might have missed?  Has anyone else run into this issue?

  Hello Loren,

  This is the working behavior with the current release as Safari view in iPad gets detected as a desktop screen due to the screen size and resolution. However, this has been marked as a product bug and we are more than happy to inform you that this item is scheduled to be fixed in our upcoming releases. Our team is already working on it.

  Good to know!  So I assume the issue currently occurs on the iPad in either Landscape or Portrait mode?
