issue with number box control

I am using the number box to insert the amount. and set the decimal place 2 like to save value like $10.25
I have currency dropdown as well so the user can select a currency. And some currency does not have a decimal place like JYP (Japanese)  So I want to change this decimal place of number box by JS or any other mean on select change of currency selection.

I use formula box to do this and it works accordingly but when I assign this form to other user and other user open this form then this formula show 0.
