Facing issue in Batch insert activity.

I am getting error like "Input string was not in a correct format."
I have created a table that has repetitive entry likes order.  I create order table that have 
column ID (Created by agile point automatically)

column  OrderId (Created by me during entity creation autoincrement) 

Column userID (Created by agile point automatically because I have created relationship)

Do I need to provide a hidden input filed for userID or OrderId ? and what is the role of column ID here.

  I tried to insert only one value in table. but I am getting this error
  "Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'ID', table 'DebitNote__u'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. The statement has been terminated."

  Hello Rakesh,

  From your post, it is clear that the "DebitNote_u" column does not allow NULL, meaning a value needs to be provided. So kindly map the control and provide the value. Also is OrderId (Created during entity creation autoincrement) a primary key? Please verify the above points.
