Custom Theme?

Does anyone know if it's possible to create a custom theme? I'd like to add a specific icon rather than choosing from among the available themes. Thanks......

  I would like to know the answer to this too.  I have been using the supplied themes but we have gotten to the point where we have used all the ones that seem applicable to the applications we have developed and now we are faced with using themes where the icon doesn't really match what the application does or reusing a them that we have already used on another application.
