Updating Metadata for a single SharePoint File in a library

How do I update the metadata values for a single file in a SharePoint library?

I read about the "Update Metadata" activity in the eForms, but I don't understand what I need to do to update a single document in the library or how to update documents in the library based on a criteria.

  After researching and doing a bunch of trial and error, I think I answered my own question. 

  From what I can test, looks like I need to set the field name on the activity to use "Name" which then I need to store the file name for which I want to update to.  

  Since I use a "Attachment" activity, the file name can be obtained via form data.  So I just need to add this form data variable to the value field input and hope to match the item by name.

  I have not tested this yet but I think this is how it will work.
