Force Upper's Input Text Controls

Hi from Spain!

I think one aspect that the user interface should allow is to force uppercase text to be entered by default by configuring some property in the design of the control. In agreement that we can apply CSS styles and Javascript mechanisms, but because it is a very common scenario the product should incorporate it as standard.
