Adding users apart from default domain as admins

In my firm, we have users of the ID user1@abc.com already registered in the agile point server. Can I add users of different domain example user2@xyz.com in the same server and add them in  groups along with old users?,What are the security points to keep in mind ? Kindly support with valuable information, thanks

  Hello Tharun,

  You can add new users from another domain from the Manage Center, here is the link: https://documentation.agilepoint.com/10/admin/cloudemAddUserActiveDirectory.html

  As that user is added, you can edit their access rights or permissions by enabling certain roles. There are some predefined roles, but you can create custom roles to enable or disable certain permissions or features for users. See image below for enabling roles for a user.

  Got it, thanks for the comment, what If I add users without Active directory?, how they can sign in to see their tasks and will they get email notifications ?

  I use ADFS as default authentication method, but now I have registered new users without Active Directory with email id etc, but how to get the login credentials for that new user, so he can login and check his task list

  Hello Tharun,

  Do you use ADFS as the authentication method for your organization or is it currently synced with AgilePoint? 

  I ask this because to use ADFS within AgilePoint you must be either On-Prem or Private Cloud, this is to adhere to the authentication method's demands. (See Image Below).
