QR Mobile Configuration Issue

I'm trying to configure the mobile app using the QR code, but i have an error: "No Data Avilable". I've checked the URL instance in the Tenance and seems like fine.

  Lucas,

  If the AgilePoint endpoints are accessible over the internet, then check if you have enabled the "Enable Offline Mobile eForms" in the Settings Module.
