in field setting for text box, then go to behavior there is many checkbox.

my question is, what is differentiate between 'enable' and 'read only'?

  Here is a link that describes the difference:

  Basically it says that read-only controls can still function and are still focusable, whereas disabled controls can not receive focus and are not submitted with the form and generally do not function as controls until they are enabled.
