Populate Repeating Control from delimited list

My application has a multi-select listbox control.  

After the submit, I want to be able to loop through each item in the multi-select listbox control.  

what is the easiest way to do that?  AgilePoint doesn't let me drag the listbox over as the data source in the loop activity.

  Please disregard this question.  I have found a way to accomplish what I need.
