I have feature to be implemented in my application for which I need help. How do I identify if should I created a support ticket or send out an email to Professional Services?

To generalize, if the requirement is solely applicable as a custom solution then that would be discussion to be done with Professional Services. If the requirement is features present however you need help to understand it or if you need to report a bug you observed then that would be the discussion for AgilePoint Support team.
