dynamic .doc selection in Microsoft Word Activity in workflow

How to select the .doc dynamically, in the configuration of the Microsoft word activity. Based on the record that the user selects in a subform, I would like to generate the pdf based on one document or the other. It's possible?

One or another in base of user select: 

 

Also, I would like to have a dinamic"Destination File Name", in base on some fied or variable. It is possible?

  Hi Nadia,

  You can provide the file name in following ways.

  1. Incase if file is present in the root of List/Library, just provide the filename in place of dynamic file id.
  2. If its inside any folder  provide the FolderName/FileName in place of dynamic file id.
  3. Incase file is present inside subfolders provide the hierarchy of those eg: FolderName/SubFolder/FileName in place of dynamic file id
