hi team,

I am trying to create a similar report (built in V9) in V10 AgilePoint environment.

When I want to create a sub report to link to my main report, I noticed that the linkage is not working correctly. I did the same configurations as per the existing report (v9) but was not able to navigate to the sub report from clicking my main report. 

Also, the same report (in V9) when I imported to V10, the URL link also disappeared from the report X -axis

However, in V9, the URLs/hyperlinks can be seen in the X-axis. Both reports have the sub report properly configured.

  Hello Jordan,

  Could you please confirm how the report was imported from V9 into the V10 environment?

  Specifically, we would like to confirm whether:

  The Main Report and Sub Report were imported together as part of the same import, or
  The Main Report and Sub Report were imported separately.

  Since the Main Report and Sub Report have a linkage between them, the import method may affect whether the URL/Hyperlink configuration is lost during the import process.

  Hi Aravind,

   

  Apologies. To clarify, both the main and sub reports were already in the V9 environment as they were built in that. Subsequently, the environment was upgraded to V10. 

   

  No import was done.
