Entra Authentication bounces back and forth without completing
We have some users who experience an issue where they are unable to access the AgilePoint application via SSO. We have tried many solutions, such as clearing browser cache, trying in private windows, and different browsers. There doesn't appear to be anything useful in the AgilePoint logs that helps us resolve this issue. We believe this started happening in April this year with Microsoft's changes to the Azure AD Graph APIs. We did add another line in a config file that helped. Anybody have insight about how to resolve or where else we could look to resolve this issue?

We noticed that a support ticket (#20444) was also raised regarding the same concern, and it has already been addressed through Zendesk.
Summary of the ticket:
The reported issue was that a few users were unable to access AgilePoint via SSO using WAAD (Entra ID) SSO authentication. Recreating the affected user profiles resolved the issue. The AgilePoint support team had requested version details, SSO setup information, HAR files, and the Web.config for analysis. The users are on v7.0 SU2.7, and no further instances of this issue have been reported after recreating the profiles. Customer approved closing the ticket. In case the problem recurs, they are now aware of the details to collect for analysis.
