Form based app issue with update form

Hello dear community, 

I have a form based app with a working "NEW FORM". When I use that form, I'm able to save new records in the SQL Database that it is linked to.
Once done, I tried to create the UPDATE FORM and chose to create the UPDATE FORM from the NEW FORM.

When I ran the application and clicked to update a record, I got this error when the form loads :
(Incorrect syntax near '='.)

Since I have no clue where this error is coming from, I just tried to delete all the fields, JSScript, rules etc. on that update form that is pretty much empty now and I still got this error message when trying to update a record.

Does someone have any clue where this error comes from or at least a way to find more information about that error?

Environment : On-Premise  AgilePoint NX v8.0 SU1.2

  Check if you have primary key column on the List View grid.

  Wow! 
  Thanks a lot for the quick response. That was it ! Since the PK is not meaningful for the user, it wasn't loaded in the list view grid. I added it and now I don't have the error message anymore when loading the form!
