Dev -> Prod Enviroment export issue

Hello, we are trying to export an app from the development enviroment to the production enviroment using another app developed by you to support us. But we can't and the error message says:
"The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request.".

We already tried several times, but the error persists.

Could you help us please? The app we are trying to export is the "L 2 - LINHA 02 - Dossiê de Produção".
