TCP/UPD port related to mobile dashboard

Hello,

I tried to open an task through mobile dashboard on my mobile phone which connected our company's SSL VPN. My tasks could be opened,but eform cannot. So which port should be opened on firewall except 13487-13491?

  John,

  Mobile apps also use the same port which Portal uses. You might have to check this document and enable the mobile configuration. If it is already enabled then try to disable->Save-> Reload-> enable -> Save . Then logout from mobile and login again to verify the effect.
