Entity Disabled!!!

Just got our (2) AgilePoint NX 7 Servers installed today 6/26/2020 after weeks of work. I was given Admin access to view all the various options and I see that the Add Entity is disabled and the Security Tab says "You do not have access to this content"  our company liaison that worked with AgilePoint in setting this up is on VT through the 4th of July holiday and wanted to know is this something I can enable or is this something AgilePoint has to enable.

ALL the ROLES are checked for Admin... EVERYTHING except the report section.

  Hi Derek,
  Go to management -> aplication management -> permissions -> data entity. There are permissions for data entity and pages. I would recommend to create groups and set permissions to the groups.

  I get an Access Denied!!!  I contacted the other 2 Admins and they get the same thing. Application Permission is the only 1 of the 3 where we don't get this message.  There was no "data entity" after "permissions" so I assume you meant "Entity Permissions" We verified we have every permission turned on by the AgilePoint Engineer except the Reports Role so we should have access to everything.

  Hi Derek,
  this permissions could be set only by the service user (the user that runs the agilepoint service on the server). This should be done only one with group of admins.
