Input string was not in a correct format - Customer Look up

Please see my form below.

Customer has a parent relationship to Order, I have added Customer_u field to the form which created a look-up field on the form.

When I enter data and submitt i get this error.

I tried Drop Down control and used the look-up list option as well, even there I am getting the same error.

Any suggestions to resolve this is much appreciated

  Thank you for reaching out to us. This error is usually displayed when the values being submitted by the form are not matching the data type or format as expected by the data entity. Please check if the values being sent are matching the mapped fields' data types and format.
