Nested Subform configure with data entity

I have three tables in data entity. Country State and City 

I am trying to create a form that has Country input then one subform with repeat entry of Sates belong to the country.
Then I want to add a nested subform in the state column to add multiple cities to belong to a particular state. 
I am not able to map my city table from "Form Data" right side to the nested subform.

As you can see. The State table and City table is at the same hierarchy level.
The city table should come inside the State Table.
It is because of I have create a relationship in the City table. That City table has country name and State name in city table.

  Hi Rakesh,

   

  as far as i understand you want to create 1(Country):N(States):M(Cities) relationship. Unfortunately AgilePoint can go now only on 1 hierarchy level, so you can create an app were you create 1 Country with N States and another Table, where you can define M sities for each of N States. It would be great enhancement, if more then 2 hierarchical levels could be supported by Agilepoint.
