Control shared in all sections?

It's possible use a control shared in all sections, for example, a table showing all actions executed by user?
Today, i'm using a grid in every sections, to show this records but, if i can use one grid shared by all section, thats really be great.

  If this functionality it's possible to execute, can be include in future deploys?
