Naming convention - Incremental number

Hi All,

We want to generate a unique ID for each process instance and we wonder if we could use the custom naming convention to generate such unique ID. If yes, can anyone show us how?

  Hi Ali, 

  Process instance id is unique and it is system generated, please look at the below link on naming convention, hope it help.

  Hi Ali,

  Yes, you can. If you want to create your unique ID you could use a new Data Entity and after creating new instance increment the ID number of the process.
