  We have a System Token for generating a GUID you can use this in a Update Process Data Activity to save the unique ID required.

  Hi, 

   

  I have configured the GUID as exactly shown in the above-attached screenshot. However, I'm not sure how the following requirements will meet. 

  1. How the unique reference number will be shown to the customer once the form is submitted. 

  2. How to get the list of Unique reference numbers as and when required without touch the admin part by customer. 

  3. Where the reference number is getting stored. 

  4. Attached is the screenshot for your reference. Kindly check and let us know if it will work.

  5. How the update process data will be executed in the process model.
