I've a problem with the default language in an eForm.
I want to display the form standard in german and if someone spaks english it should be possible to change the language.
Form configuration:

When I open the form it should be displyed in german but it always takes the language of the usersettings and that's "en". (The "Language-Drop-Down" shows "English (United States) )
What can I do that the form appears standard in german? Is there an other way?
