Re order sections

Hi , 

I created a form with 10 sections and I now need to add an additional section  will show as the first one and not the last.  The default when adding the section is to add it to the end and I can;t see anyway to re order the sections. 

Ideas anyone ?

  You can drag sections to re-order them:

  Karl won the race.

   

  The place to drag is on the 'row' but not on any other buttons. For example right after the section name.
