Attachement Error

I have an attachment in a form and we are getting the below error when attaching a 2.13MB file.

I have the attachment in the form configured to take 50MB, any idea why we are getting this error message.

  It would be worth checking to make sure your control "Allow Users to Upload and View of Documents".  --> AND VIEW being key here.

   

  We ran into a similar issue last week:

  - Form 1 had upload control

  - Form 2 was a manager review task

   

  If a user uploaded something to Form 1 and then the manager from Form 2 sent it back for rework the control would look like it needed to have the document re-attached.  Upon further examination (In Runtime management under "data") we could see it was saving every document attached in Form 1 and the upload control had 20+ files on it.  

   

  We could see the entire list of documents attached to the upload control once the control was set to "Allow Users to Upload and View of Documents".
