Parallel Approval - One Person From a Group

Hello,

 

i would like to create the following flow:

1. Process initiator submits an eForm

2. The eForm is assigned to 5 different groups

3. Only one person has to approve from one group, but answer should be received from all groups

4. If any person declines the process should go back to the process initiator
