Email Approval Failed Occationally
We enabled email approval, most of time it works fine. Occasionally we receive the error message below and we not able to troubleshoot. How to resolve this?

Hello Sim,
We understand that there was a support ticket raised for the same and the root cause for the issue has been identified and the ticket has been resolved.
Minutes of Meeting:
"We found that both dev and production are using the same email account in the email approval configuration. It should be different email account. Client will use another email account in production to check further."
