How do I send data to a web sever using REST? Which form template do I use?

  In the design palette, grab a REST template from Web Services library and drag it onto your design palette. Create the App token by clicking the '+' sign. Create the Authorization header and provide a JSON payload example. Test the connection and update. Click Next and then Map Schema. Connect the Form Data objects to the JSON payload objects. Click Next and map the Response data to the Form objects. Click Finish. You will now be able to send data to a REST service and then receive and store data returned in the server Response.
