  Please find the steps to update the username or password1. AgilePoint Server Manager C:Program FilesAgilePointAgilePointServerWCFConfigurationUtility.exe 2. AgilePoint Server Configuration C:Program FilesAgilePointAgilePointServerInstanceToolsServerConfiguration.exe 3. AgilePoint Window Service a. On the AgilePoint Server machine, open the Windows Services list.b. Right-click AgilePointServerInstance, and click Properties.c. On the Properties dialog box, click the Log On tab.d. On the Log On tab, enter the desired password in the Password and Confirm password fields. 4. AgilePoint Data Servicesa. On the AgilePoint Server machine, open the Windows Services list.b. Right-click AgilePointServerInstance, and click Properties.c. On the Properties dialog box, click the Log On tab.d. On the Log On tab, enter the desired password in the Password and Confirm password fields. 5. AgilePoint Portal Application Poola. On the AgilePoint Server machine, open the IIS Manager.b. Navigate to the AgilePoint application pool, right-click the AgilePoint application pool name, and click Properties.c. On the Properties dialog box, click the Identity tab.d. On the Identity tab, enter the desired logon credentials in the User name and Password fields.e. Reset IIS 6. AgilePoint Portal Web Applicationa. On the AgilePoint Server machine, Go to AgilePoint Portal bin folder (C:Program FilesAgilePointAgilePointWebApplicationAgilePointPortalin)b. Run the AgilePoint.Portal.EncryptionUtil.exe as Administrator c. Enter Domain Name, User Name and Password and click on the Validate button to generate the encrypted passwordd. Open the AgilePoint Portal Web.Config under C:Program FilesAgilePointAgilePointWebApplicationAgilePointPortale. Search for ADAdminPassword under AppSettings sectionf.
