I Need More Than 5 Conditions

A student in the on-line class recently asked how to get more than 5 conditions in a condition activity.  The answer is:

Condition activities are like case statements in other languages.  The read from the top down until they find a true condition and then they execute that condition.  Therefore, you can gang as many together as you want.  AgilePoint will execute in this order:

Condition Activity 1, Rule Name 1

Condition Activity 1, Rule Name 2

Condition Activity 1, Rule Name 3

Condition Activity 1, Rule Name 4

Condition Activity 1, Rule Name 5

Else

Condition Activity 2, Rule Name 1

Condition Activity 2, Rule Name 2

Condition Activity 2, Rule Name 3

Condition Activity 2, Rule Name 4

Condition Activity 2, Rule Name 5

Else

….

Just keep in mind that it isn’t the order they are displayed on the process that counts.  It is the order they are entered on the Condition Builder.
