Analytics Scheduling Reports to be emailed

I've been playing with Analytics in v8.0 sU2 and can't figure out how to send reports via scheduling to a group of peoples.  I understand how to email reports to people but how can I schedule that email to go out on specific days to a group. When i play with the scheduling piece it only seems to allow me to subscribe as one person (not a group) that has access to the report.

I want to send the reports weekly to a team of people as an excel attachment file. I can't seem to connect the email which i can to the scheduling piece. Doesn't seem to be a link with the scheduling and emailing  How is this done?

  Hi Derek,

  Please follow the below steps to complete configuring an Analytics scheduler.

  1. SMTP details should be configured by Admin, to set this please navigate to Portal--> Settings-->Analytics--> System Configuration-->Email.
  2. 
  3. Open the Analytics module and select the report (that you want to send via schedule).
  4. Open the report in the Design mode and click on Schedule
  5. 
  6. Click on Add Schedule button and Provide the details to create it
  7. 
  8. Search and select the users you want to send the report to
  9. 
  10. Click on OK to save the configuration.

  Note:- We recommend you, first try to send an immediate email after the schedule configuration is completed. Later you can schedule the same report on a weekly basis. This way we can identify the missing configurations in case of a failure.
