Form based app with multi-level entity relationship possible?

Hello!

Is it possible to build a form based app based on a SQL database schema that uses more than 1 level of relationship?
Example :
I managed to show order items in a subform but now is it possible to put another subform in that first subform to show comments?

  You can only have one level of child relation in one application i.e. Orders and OrderItem OR OrderItem and OrederItemComment.

  However you can have multiple child relations which are all on same hierarchy level.
