Intuitive Report Builder with Live Preview

I'm trying to learn how to generate reports in the Analytics Center. We've never generated reports before, not even in Reports. The tutorial video provided in the  Analytics Center documentation page seems to be for mid to high-level report creators only. I'm looking for documentation on how to find and use the "Intuitive Report Builder with Live Preview" feature. Can anyone recommend where to start with Analytics Center?
