I see for email activities we can create global access token based on OAuth 2.0.

How about the incoming email event service?

Can AgilePoint support OAuth 2.0 connections to Exchange Online for incoming email event service?

  As of now, AgilePoint does not support OAuth 2.0 connections to Exchange Online for incoming email event service
