AgilePoint Dashboard Webpart in SharePoint browser issue

I'm using the AgilePoint Advanced Dashboard webpart on a SharePoint 2016 page. While editing the webpart properties, in Chrome and Edge, when you click the "Configure Custom Tabs" button, nothing happens. In Internet Explorer, you get the popup for the configuration panel. My company is removing IE from our systems, so need this to work in the other browsers. 

Is there a setting in Chrome/Edge to get this to work? I've allowed popups, but that didn't help.

  Gwen, my recall from past is that this was not supported in any other browsers and there was some work going on to support in future releases. 

  Which version of AgilePoint are you using? may be you check with latest version once again.
