SharePoint CAML query - return User ID? Person or Group Field type

I'm using a SharePoint CAML query to return a person or group field.  The query works, but returns "Last, First" name of the user mapped to a text box.  Can I return the person's user ID instead?  I need to be able to assign tasks to that person later in the process.

  Stephen,  a SharePoint person would be more suitable however I am going to leave few info from my side.

  In SharePoint list settings, when I tried to add/edit a column SharePoint presented with these options which indicate the available default columns values which can be used. May be you can create a column and then check in AgilePoint CAML query activity to read it.

  Stephen,

  For returning user ID (in domain\username for SharePoint OnPrem and email address for SharePoint online) from CAML query activity, please select "Account" from show field dropdown in SharePoint list settings.
