User can't connect to AgilePoint - Error 404
I have a user who is unable to access our AgilePoint portal. He is using a MAC but we have other users coming from a MAC so I wouldn't think that this is his problem.
We know of no other users with this issue. When he tries to connect via his browser (regardless of the browser), he gets an HTTP Error 404. There are some errors in the event viewer on that server at the time he is trying to connect; not sure if they are related, but this is what they say:
The Windows Filtering Platform has blocked a packet.
I do NOT see any errors in the AgilePoint log, but wouldn't expect to since he apparently can't get to AgilePoint.
This user can Ping the AgilePoint server.
This user does have an account in AgilePoint.
Any help you can provide on how to troubleshoot would be appreciated.

Can you collect the MAC browser's developer console network logs and create a ticket in our Ticketing system. The details will have sensitive information which is not a good idea to be shared on public forum.
