I am now to this forum and started learning Agile point recently.
I have been trying to find a way to arrange a meeting from my agile point application. Part of this meeting arrangement process I need to create a list of available meeting time slots by querying pulling all attendees Outlook\Exchange calendar events to find their availability for a meeting. Once the list is created the process initiator can choose a slot from the list to send the meeting invitation.
I have looked all the MS Exchange out of box functions from the Agilepoint stencil and seems none of the function can search the availability of an attendee from the Outlook calendar. I don't need to modify the calendar events, just read them to see if an attendee is available within a specified period.
I've been searching all over for an example of how to retrieve an attendee’s availability from Exchange/Outlook but haven't found a solution yet.
Could someone add some light on this, please?
