Hello,

We are using SharePoint as our data source and have a person column on that list. When we drag this field from our data source to the form some users are able to access the drop down and search for people while others are not. Any suggestions on how to have end users access this drop down when filling out the form?

  Hello,

  Please check what is the People source in the properties on the control on eForm. If the People source is SharePoint then this issue would occur if SharePoint data source access token user does not have access to retrieve site user details.
