    Also, could you please give one more try by reinstalling the Oracle client?

    1.which oracle client version installed on the application server?

    2.What is the version Oracle DB server?

    3.What is your AgilePoint NX installed version?

    Hi Venkat and support team,

    Oracle DB version : Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit

    NX version : AgilePoint NX v7.0 SU2.5

    Regarding Oracle client, it seems we do not have it installed on the app server. Can you please share the guide or pre-requisite what steps need to be taken to create access token for Oracle?

    Hi Madhur,

    Please follow the below steps.

    1.NET Framework 3.5 should be installed(enabled) on the AgilePoint Server machine prior to Oracle client installation.

    2. You need to have Oracle Client to be installed in the AgilePoint server and the supported version is till 12c Release1.

    3. Use the Administrator option when performing the Oracle Client installation.
