Limit license usage based on user's group

We have users from various subsidiaries registered in AgilePoint, is there a way for us to limit the usage of license seats by user groups? E.g. We purchase 100 concurrent user seats and we want users from Sub A to be able to consume only 80 concurrent seats at maximum and the balance will be reserved for users from Sub B at any point of time.

  The Concurrent User licensing option is designed for organization to take advantage on the highly dynamic and efficient user seats allocation mechanism offered by AgilePoint to achieve the highest seat-sharing/utilization rate possible. In your scenario, the Named User or Hybrid(Named + Concurrent) User licensing option may be a better fit.
