SharePoint 2010 - AgilePoint - how to upload file larger than 3 MB

Hello,

We've reviewed the below documentation links and are still having trouble uploading documents larger than 3 MB.  Files lower than 3 MB work fine.  Any tips for SharePoint 2010?
